If your query relates to an item you saw in one of the two shops please do not phone the other shop if the line is busy as they will not be able to help you.

Please note the last piercing takes place at 5pm. No exceptions.

You would have to arrive at least 15 minutes before 5pm to guarantee we would pierce you that day.
