RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most item or items to us within 7working days from the date that you received your order. Any returned item must be in its original as new condition*, including tags and all original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, if preferred. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Some products will be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. All items excluded from our Returns Policy will be clearly marked so in the product description on the website.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please write your Order Number on the completed Returns Form, you can obtain our returns form by printing it from our website or fill in the returns policy on or website and email it to us. Please include the returns form or a cover note with the returns number RMA along with the item(s) being returned in your parcel. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Items being returned should be packaged securely, and marked on the reverse of the package with the Sender‘s address

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods. We also recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting when returning your item(s) back to us, as this will assist in the event of loss or damage.

Note: When trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, body spray or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please handle all items with care and do not apply any unnecessary force to garment fastenings or other items that may result in damage. Items at risk of scratching should be stored in a non-abrasive box or pouch. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Exchanges

If you require a different size in an item you have purchased, you may return it within 7 working days from the date of receipt for an exchange.

Please let us know that you would like to exchange an item so that we can check that your exchange item is in stock by e-mailing our Customer Services Team at websales@tribalvoice.co.uk We will then reserve the item for you until we receive the original item back. Reserved items will be held for the 7 working days exchange period.

You will not be charged for delivery on exchange items the first time however if you wish to exchange again you will be charged postage. The cost of returning the original item is your responsibility. Exchanges will be dispatched within 2 days that we receive the original item back from you and you will be emailed to inform you of dispatch.

Faulty / incorrect items

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. Despite this, we recognise that sometimes small faults are missed or wrong items / sizes selected. We apologise if you have received an item which is faulty or not what you originally ordered.

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty*, please contact our customer services team by emailing us at  websales@tribalvoice.co.uk  within 7 working days from the date of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and reason for return, and whether you require a replacement or a full refund. Please ensure to explain the nature of the fault, so that we can assess what action is required. We will then advise you (generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays) on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

*Note: Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items as faulty if they have had their garment tags removed or appear to have been worn, so to avoid any disappointment we recommend that you fully inspect goods before removing tags or wearing them.

Incorrect item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer services team by emailing us at websales@tribalvoice.co.uk within 7 working days from the date of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and reason for return, and whether you require a replacement or a full refund. We will then advise you (generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays) on how to proceed with the return.

Posting your parcel

You will need to pay the postage on any returns, however we will pay the postage on any item sent to you in exchange the first time, if exchange occurs more than once you will be charged postage. If an item is returned faulty or incorrect we will refund all reasonable postage costs.

Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging. All product(s) must have all of its tags and labelling still attached.
